Return & Exchange Policy
We pour our hearts into every Nutmeg piece, and your satisfaction means the world to us. That said, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:
🔁 Returns
We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. However, we’ve made our return process smooth with store credit:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags and invoice intact
Once your return is approved:
You’ll receive a store credit (valid for 12 months) for the full amount paid, excluding shipping.
Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
📌 Note: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
🔄 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags and invoice must be attached
Once verified, we offer you two options:
- A replacement of the same item (if available)
- Or a store credit valid for 12 months
